Refund Policy for Virtual Office Booking with Q-Office Workspaces
- Payment Terms: All payments for virtual office bookings with Q-Office Workspaces are required to be made in full and in advance. Payments can be made through online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other method specified by Q-Office Workspaces at the time of booking.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If Q-Office Workspaces is unable to deliver the services or documents promised under the virtual office booking agreement.
- If there are departmental rejections or objections from statutory authorities that prevent the provision of the agreed services, and such rejections are not due to any fault or misrepresentation on the part of the customer.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the customer has availed or partially utilized any of the services included in the subscription plan. This includes but is not limited to the use of the address, mail handling, or other facilities provided under the virtual office plan.
- If the cancellation request is made after the initiation of services or after documents have been processed and/or submitted to any government or regulatory authority.
- Refund Processing: In the event that a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of booking. Refunds will be subject to any deductions of service charges, processing fees, or any other costs incurred by Q-Office Workspaces in connection with the transaction. The refund process may take up to 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
- Terms and Conditions: This Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the virtual office booking agreement entered into between the customer and Q-Office Workspaces . By proceeding with the booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy and the associated terms and conditions.
Refund Policy for Bookings of Physical Workspaces
- Application of Refund Policy: For any booking of physical workspaces facilitated through Q-Office Workspaces, the refund policy of the respective co-working space provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”) shall be applicable. The terms and conditions governing refunds, including eligibility, timelines, and any associated fees, will be as specified by the Vendor in their refund policy.
- No Liability for Refunds: Q-Office Workspaces expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for processing or issuing refunds for bookings of physical workspaces. All decisions regarding refunds, including the determination of eligibility and the amount to be refunded, shall be at the sole discretion of the Vendor and subject to the Vendor’s refund policy.
- Role of Q-Office Workspaces: Q-Office Workspaces shall not be obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and the Vendor regarding refunds. However, Q-Office Workspaces may, at its sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance to the Client in communicating with the Vendor or facilitating discussions regarding the Client’s request for a refund. Such assistance shall not constitute any assumption of liability by Q-Office Workspaces for the refund or any associated obligations.
- Acknowledgment by the Client: By making a booking for a physical workspace through Q-Office Workspaces, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- The refund policy of the Vendor will exclusively govern any requests for refunds.
- Q-Office Workspaces shall have no obligation to provide a refund or compensate the Client in any manner in the event of a dispute with the Vendor.
- Q-Office Workspaces’ involvement, if any, in facilitating communication between the Client and the Vendor is purely voluntary and shall not create any legal obligations or liabilities on the part of Q-Office Workspaces.
Modifications to the Refund Policy: Q-Office Workspaces reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Jurisdiction: This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
